OPTIONAL PRACTICE for ALL TEAMS is 1/2 hour before game time
SEASON REGISTRATION FEES
- $155.00 per player
- $120.00 per player if a family member volunteer coaches that player's team. NAA will apply discount once a family member is confirmed to coach.
- You do not have to live in Narberth or Lower Merion township to play

TEAM PLACEMENT
Team rosters will be emailed by NAA after team selection night. We will email by Sept 12th.
- Siblings: All siblings registered in the same division will automatically be placed on the same team
- Coaching: If you volunteer to coach, your child will be placed on your team.
- Grades 1-8: NAA selects teams for 1st through 5th grade. You may submit teammate requests during online registration. Please understand that due to our 10-player team limit, we can't guarantee all requests.
NAA assigns all coaches for all teams. We try to pair you with one co-coach request.
Parents you can add friend request(s) after you registered your child. You will need to log into your account.
VOLUNTEER CO-COACH FLAG FOOTBALL
We are looking for parents, guardians or high school students to volunteer are positive people who enjoy helping kids. You don't need to have flag football experience to coach.
Each team will have 2 to 3 co-coaches for the season with a max of 10 players per team.
Your child will automatically be placed on your team.
There is an optional 30 minute practice before each game time on Saturdays at WVMS
Teams cannot hold practices during any other time or at other locations.
NAA places all coaches for all teams. We try to pair you with one co-coach request.
NAA will email all coaches with season information in the last 2 weeks of August.
Coaches Meeting for Grades 1st to 8th
Wed, September 10 at 7:00pm
Required for all coaches to attend to review upcoming season & pick up team bag
Coach Background Clearances
- It is mandatory for all NAA volunteer coaches to submit background clearances.
- Background clearances are valid for 5 years.
- Melissa will email you if you need to submit coaching background clearance information.

EQUIPMENT
- An official team reversible NFL jersey & flag belt will be provided by your coach.
- Mouth guards are not mandatory, but strongly encouraged.
- Cleats are recommended but not mandatory
- Your child's name will be marked on their belt & the coach will collect all belts at end of games.
LEAGUE GUIDELINES
Equal Playing Time: All players will receive equal playing time in all positions.
Pre-Game Practice: Optional 30-minute practice sessions may be held before games.
No Weekday Practices: Practices are not permitted during the week in backyards, parks or other locations
CODE OF CONDUCT
- Coaches: Coaches must maintain respectful behavior and refrain from yelling at or arguing with referees.
- Players:
- Spectators: Please enjoy watching the children play without directing comments at referees, coaches or players.
GAME CANCELATIONS
Lower Merion School district makes the decision to open or close the fields due to weather or poor field conditions.
LMSD will email NAA on Saturday morning around 7:00am with updates on fields.
NAA will email all parents/coaches and post on website if games are canceled by 7:15am.
Do not email your coach or NAA asking if games are cancelled.
LMSD athletic fields are open for outside users (non LMSD athletic programs) on Sept. 13 and closed on Nov. 10.
