Game Location:           Welsh Valley Middle School
 
Sat., Sept 7 - Team meet up & receive jersey at Narberth Park
Time to be determined for each team

Registration Fee for 2nd to 8th grade
  • $155.00 per player
  • Twins pay $125.00 for 2nd fee - Enter code TWINS
  • Coaches reduced registration fee by $35.00
PAYMENT
  • At checkout on registration choose "Later option to pay" and NAA will email invoice Sept. 13.  If you cancel registration before Sept 13, NAA will reimburse registration fee for each child minus $10.00
  • NAA needs to apply coaching discount

  • Log into your account to edit your registration after submission.  If you want to add a friend request or volunteer coaching.  
  • Confirmation of your child's registration will be listed as Sports Engine
You do not have to live in Narberth or Lower Merion to participate in league.

Volunteer Co-Coach information

We are looking for parents, guardians or high school students to volunteer are positive people who enjoy helping kids & you don't need to have flag football experience to coach.

  • If interested complete section on your child's online registration.
  • If you did not sign up to volunteer coach when your child was registered    
 
  • Each team will have 2 to 3 co-coaches for the season with a max of 10 players per team.  
  • Your child will automatically be placed on your team.
  • There is an optional 30 minute practice before each game time.  No one is allowed to hold practices during any other time.  
  • You will have to provide mandatory background clearances.  Melissa will email coaches with clearance information.
 
NAA will email all coaches with season information in the last 2 weeks of August.

Coach Background Clearances 
It is mandatory for all NAA volunteer coaches to submit background clearances. 
 
Melissa O'Connor will email you with the coaching background clearance information.

Team Placement

Team rosters will be emailed by NAA

2nd - 8th grade - Friday, Sept 6 
1st grade - TBD
 
  • All siblings in the same division will be automatically placed on the same team.
  • Your child will be placed on your team if you coach.
 
  • NAA selects the teams for grades 1st - 5th.
  • Teammate requests ONLY for 1st - 5th grade which can be entered on the online registration form. 
  • We cannot honor all teammate requests since each team is 10 players.  
 
  • 6th-8th grade teams will be selected by coaches. 
  • We provides the coaches with friend requests and school which they can use as a guide.

Narberth Flag Football League guidelines

  • All players will get equal playing time in all positions
  • Coaches will not yell or argue with the referees.  
  • Spectators - it is not ok to yell at referees or players.  Just enjoy watching kids play.
  • Practice can be held before the game for only 30 minutes- not mandatory for players to attend.
  • No practices during the week held in backyards, parks (we do not have permits), parking lots etc…
