Minors- 9 and 10 year olds
THE SEASON WILL RUN FROM MARCH 31, 2012 THROUGH JUNE 10,2012.
This division is for play within the NAA league. This league is for boys and girls 9 and 10 years old. The child must be 9 years old by May 1, 2012. This is the child's first exposure to a kid-pitch program. Advanced instruction in the sport of baseball takes place at this level, while reinforcing the game as fun.
Umpires are provided for each game.
Games are on Saturday down at the Narberth playground starting at 10:00 with the last game ending at 2:30. Practices and/or additional games, will be played on Monday's and Thursday evenings at either Narberth or another area field.

There will be a tournament team which would play beyond June.
There will be a skills assessment before kids are assigned to a team.
The skills assessment will take place ON a Saturday, March 17, 2012 down at the Narberth park from 10:00 am until 12:00 noon. We will then assign kids to a team. We do not honor teammate requests.

Babe Ruth and Cal Ripken are requiring our coach and assistant coach volunteers to be certified coaches. NAA will reimburse each volunteer after he or she completes the course. The fee is $20. You do not have to take the course in one sitting. You can break it into pieces.
