Very popular! Quickball teaches and strengthens baseball skills by offering multiple hitting, fielding, and throwing chances for all players during each game. Innovative concepts such as timed team at bats, rapid batter rotation and two-way scoring help keep games moving at a faster pace and gets everyone involved, which are important elements in grabbing kid's attention today. We emphasize having fun together as a team, learning positive sportsmanship, and developing players' confidence.
What do players need?
Nothing! Wear sneakers and shorts. A team shirt and team baseball hat will be distributed at the first game. Players do not use a glove or need a bat or batting helmet. Quickball uses a wiffle ball bat and soft ball which does not require a glove or helmet.
What about drop-offs?
Each player must have a parent (or responsible adult) present for the duration of the game.
Team placement
We honor teammate requests. Please enter three names at the time of your child's registration. The NAA drafts the teams pairing up friend requests and schoolmates.
Volunteer Coaches
Your child's registration fee will be discounted if you coach to $25.00
If you would like to volunteer to coach a team, please enter the information requested in your child's registration. We will contact you via email to let you know if you will be coaching a team on March 1st. For each division, we are looking for 2 to 3 co-coaches for each team.
We require all coaches to attend a mandatory coaches meeting. We require the 3 background checks which are listed under "Coaches Information" on the left side of home page.
